How are your bikes shipped and do they require assembly?

All Steed Cycles bikes are professionally tuned before shipping. They are shipped 85% assembled in a secure bike box. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Detailed instructions and basic tools are included in every box.

What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that bicycles may be subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Do Steed Cycles bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.

Can I test ride a bike before purchasing?

If you are local to our flagship showroom, we encourage you to book a test ride appointment. For online customers, we provide a comprehensive sizing guide and a 'Fit Guarantee'—if you follow our size chart and the bike doesn't fit, we will help you exchange it for the correct size.

What payment methods do you accept, and do you offer financing?

How do I maintain my bike to ensure its longevity?

We recommend a basic safety check before every ride (tire pressure and brakes). For optimal performance, clean and lube your chain every 100 miles, and bring your bike to a professional mechanic for a full tune-up at least once a year or every 1,000 miles.
